§ Projects

Different products, one way of working.

Each project below is presented as evidence of the whole lifecycle: the problem, the tradeoffs, what shipped, what broke, and what it taught.

Music Hackspace × MUTEK hackathon: 1st, Elk Audio Challenge; 2nd, Roland Future Design Lab; presented at MUTEK Forum, Montréal 2026; ISMIR 2026 Late-Breaking Demo, Abu Dhabi

Team THIRI's project from a two podium weekend at the Music Hackspace × MUTEK hackathon in Montréal: a voice leading harmonizer that fits a stompbox, and a latent granular instrument where a folder of recordings becomes a playable sound world: whatever you play comes back one bar later, revoiced through that corpus. Both live on the Elk Stomp, a screenless embedded pedal.

Languages C++PythonTypeScriptShell
Core skills Knowledge distillation Neural audio codecs (music2latent) Embedded realtime C++ (JUCE) On device inference (RTNeural) ARM NEON int8 search Cross compilation (Docker, 32 bit ARM) Granular synthesis Evaluation design
